Matt Nowaczyk is a Senior Vice President in the Hospitality Practice Group at Colliers International in New York. Joining in 2024, Matt specializes in the representation of both institutional and private owners in the financing and sale of hotel investment properties. Over the course of his career, Matt has cultivated valuable relationships through the successful execution of over $5 billion in debt and equity transactions across the country. Matt is experienced in structuring first mortgages, mezzanine debt, entity-level equity investment, B-Notes, structuring joint ventures, and loan sales.

Matt’s 20-year career has spanned all aspects of real estate, including architecture, development, brokerage, and advisory services. Prior to joining Colliers, he served as Senior Vice President in the JLL Hotels & Hospitality group where he specialized in debt and equity placement. Prior to JLL, Matt practiced architecture while working at Alloy Development and KPF in New York.
