Matthew Livian

Matt Livian is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing investments for Prospect Ridge. Prior to joining Prospect Ridge, Mr. Livian spent a decade at the Sydell Group, serving as the Chief Investment Officer and a Managing Partner leading acquisition and financing activities for the company’s portfolio of lifestyle hotels located in the US and London. Prior to the Sydell Group, he served as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at the Ian Schrager Company. Mr. Livian started his career in the investment banking division at Bear Stearns. Mr. Livian holds a BS in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
