Matthew Levy

Matthew Levy joined IPG in 2015 and is a Vice President on the firm’s Investments Team. In addition to acquisitions and portfolio management, Mr. Levy is involved in the firm’s corporate development and strategy.

Prior to joining IPG, Mr. Levy was an Associate at The Praedium Group, a real estate private equity firm based in New York. His responsibilities included analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution for the acquisition of new assets, as well as the management and disposition of existing assets. His experience includes commercial and residential transactions in New York City and nationwide. Prior to Praedium, Mr. Levy was an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Barclays Investment Bank.

Mr. Levy graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Economics.
