Mr. Lehman is a broker specializing in industrial properties throughout Ohio. He is a member of one of the most successful industrial teams in the country, which includes Michael Mullady, Executive Vice President, and Jeff Lyons, First Vice President. Matthew's primary role is managing tenant and landlord relationships for the team.
Matthew earned his commercial real estate license in 2005 and comes to CBRE and the Special Properties Group with over seven years experience in the industry. In addition to extensive transaction experience in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, Matthew has coordinated the lease execution for over 5,000,000 square feet of industrial space.
