As regional Strategic Manager, in collaboration with the leadership team, Matt is responsible for designing, implementing and executing the strategic priorities of Transwestern in the Southeast including the delivery of our full platform of services to all clients as well as with targeted clients across the country. Matt also works on strategic M&A that will achieve Transwestern's growth objectives, focusing on industry and business trends that impact our long-term objectives and strategies, financial strategies and execution in the areas of budgeting and long range planning, regional investment, and other duties.
