Bio
Matthew Frankenberry joined the Albanese Organization in 1998 and has managed many of the firm’s diverse construction projects, including The Federal Republic of Germany's United Nations Mission building; the Lycée Français de New York K-12 educational facility; several high-rise rentals and luxury condominiums; the first Homewood Suites Hotel constructed in an urban environment; and Long Island’s first environmentally engineered Class A commercial office building. Most notably, Mr. Frankenberry currently oversees the construction of 50 West Street, a $300+ million, 500,000 square foot, luxury residential condominium tower in lower Manhattan, for which the firm is serving as development manager. From pre-design, budgeting and scheduling, to final commissioning and turn over, Mr. Frankenberry’s proven record and diverse background and skillsets help to ensure the successful execution of the clients’ vision. Mr. Frankenberry holds a Bachelor of Science from Manhattan College in Bronx, NY.
