Matthew Frank

Matthew Frank serves as Vice President of Development of HCP and brings over 25 years of experience developing office, industrial and mixed use projects throughout the New York Tri-state area. Prior, Matt served as the Executive Vice President of Development for The Richman Group Development Corp. and as the Executive Vice President of Development and Design of RXR Realty (f/k/a Reckson Associates Realty Corp.). While at Richman, Mr. Frank was responsible for identifying development opportunities for the newly formed Richman Signature brand. During his almost 13 years with Reckson and RXR, Matt was responsible for the planning, design, and entitlement of over 12 million SF of development. Mr. Frank holds a Masters Degree in Architecture from the Tulane University School of Architecture and is a registered architect in the State of New York. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Board of Vision Long Island, the areas premiere smart growth planning advocacy organization. Mr. Frank lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
