Matthew Forgione

Matthew Forgione is a Senior Real Estate Analyst with CBRE Debt & Equity Finance in Atlanta, Georgia. In that capacity, he identifies optimal capital structure for his clients (borrowers) that match both lender and borrower objectives. He performs and manages all aspects of property valuation/underwriting, market research and financing proposal presentation. Mr. Forgione also presents the borrower’s equity and debt requests to the capital markets.

Prior to working at CBRE, Mr. Forgione was a Real Estate Analyst with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LLP. There, he served as a liaison between the client and the lender, providing lenders with all relevant information necessary to complete an assignment. He also developed and qualified potential lenders to ensure the financing requests were presented to appropriate lenders.

Mr. Forgione was also a Senior Associate in the Valulation Services Group at Arthur Anderson LLP. There, he handled supervisory and technical review responsibilities for a department generating $1.7 million in valuation and consulting services annually.
