Matthew Flotta

Mr. Flotta is responsible for the asset management of Intercontinental’s real estate holdings in out-of-state markets and brings experience with a broad spectrum of assets and disciplines within the industry. In addition, he is an active participant with the acquisitions group in the underwriting process for new and out-of-state investments. Prior to joining Intercontinental in 2007, Mr. Flotta worked as a General Manager for CB Richard Ellis – New England, the largest full service real estate firm in the Boston Area. In this capacity, Mr. Flotta worked directly with clients such as Beacon Capital Partners and TIAA-CREF. Previously, Mr. Flotta worked as a Vice-President for Keller/Davis Company, where he oversaw both the fiscal and operational management of over 2.4 million square feet of office space consisting of 19 assets throughout the greater Boston area. Mr. Flotta holds an MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Management at Babson College graduating summa cum laude. He is also an active participant in his community volunteering for youth soccer and has served on his town’s Zoning Board of Appeals. In addition, Mr. Flotta holds the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) as well as the Certified Property Manager (CPM©) designations and has been member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA).
