Matthew Ellish

Matt serves as General Counsel and Vice President of Development at PEBB Enterprises. As an executive team member, Matt is responsible for managing all transactional activity for the firm and supporting its vertically-integrated platform which includes acquisitions/dispositions, development, asset management, property management and operations. Prior to joining PEBB, Matt was Associate General Counsel of Property Markets Group (PMG) and before that an associate in the real estate transactional practice group of Carlton Fields. Matt received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with High Distinction from the University of Michigan Business School (Ross) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. He is former Chair of the Young Leaders Group of the SE Florida/Caribbean Chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
