Matthew Dorman is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of real estate for his clients, as well as Tenant and Landlord representation.
Experience
Matt has over 18+ years of commercial real estate experience in brokerage, construction, development, and investment sales. He began his Lehigh Valley commercial real estate career with NAI Summit after working in New York City negotiating easement agreements for a telecommunications company in Manhattan and Queens. Prior to his New York City experience, Matt has personally been involved in real estate transactions, apartment rentals, construction, and renovation and has hands on experience in construction inspection and renovation/resale of real estate. His diverse educational background, creativity, knowledge, and experience in the commercial real estate market allows him to utilize a variety of skills to better serve his clients; consistently delivering comprehensive results.
Additionally, Matt has finance experience from his early career at Chrysler Financial Corporation. He has successfully used his financial background to close real estate transactions for numerous large multinational corporations to small local non-profit organizations in the Lehigh Valley. Matt has been recognized as a Top Broker several times by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal and his understanding the client's "needs" and " wants" has assisted him in leasing over 2.3 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space.
Education and Affiliations
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance from Mansfield University. Matt has also completed several Master Degree corporate finance classes at Temple University.
Matt presently sits on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley for 10+ years.
