Matthew Brian

Matthew is the Executive Vice President and Director of Origination for Omni New York LLC. Prior to joining Omni New York, Matthew was a Vice President at The Richman Group Development Corporation, a national developer and owner of market rate and affordable housing . He was responsible for underwriting, structuring and closing construction and permanent financing for affordable and market rate rental residential developments throughout the United States. From 2006 to 2008, Matthew worked at the New York City Housing Development Corporation, which issues bonds for the construction of and permanent financing of affordable housing, and from 2003 to 2006 he worked at the New York City Economic Development Corporation in their real estate development department. Matthew has a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), and Bachelors in Political Science and Economics from UCLA.
