Bio
Matt is a director in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. His sole focus is equity placement for multifamily properties in the Western United States, primarily joint venture equity for ground-up development and acquisitions.
Matt started at HFF in February 2012. Before that, he served as an acquisition's analyst with The Apartment Group, where he sourced and underwrote distressed multifamily acquisitions and note purchases throughout northern California. Prior to that, he was a senior property manager at Alden Management Group, where he managed and leased a portfolio of more than 800,000-square-feet of office, industrial and retail assets throughout Southern California.
