Matthew Beggs

Responsible for all acquisition and disposition activities, including the sourcing, negotiation, underwriting and due diligence. Matt has experience in commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and financing. Prior to The Feldman Companies, Matt served as a broker at Eastern Union where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and servicing mid to large-sized loans for all income-producing real estate asset classes. Matt was involved in the syndication process, negotiating financing for complex, multi-state, and multi-site portfolios, as well as smaller and single-property transactions, and in helping jump-start deal flow.
