Matthew Andriano is an Associate of Institutional Property Advisors' (IPA) Seniors Housing Group and Marcus & Millichap's National Seniors Housing Group. Since joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Andriano has specialized in seniors housing and long-term care facility investment sales, and representing private investors, institutional clients, and seniors housing operators in the disposition of seniors housing facilities and portfolios. Mr. Andriano was on the operations side of seniors housing for the previous seven years, as Vice President of Business Development for an Illinois operator, focusing on acquisitions and growing the company's ancillary business lines. He also assisted on the development team that built and stabilized a $30 million CCRC which included a 140-bed skilled nursing facility and a 60-unit assisted living facility. Mr. Andriano's prior experience in finance and accounting as a Commercial Lender with LaSalle Bank and as an entrepreneur in the service/cleaning industry make him a natural fit for this new business development role.Mr. Andriano received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
