Matthew Alexis

Mr. Alexis serves as head of Underwriting at Bedrock Capital Associates. Mr. Alexis has over 10 years of broad-based real estate experience in loan origination, underwriting, acquisitions, and asset management. Prior to joining Bedrock, Mr. Alexis worked in the finance and acquisitions team at TF Cornerstone, a New York City based developer. At TF Cornerstone, responsiblities included sourcing, underwriting and closing more than $600 million of the firm's real estate assets. The properties he financed varied from ground-up construction in New York City to the acquisition of office buildings in Washington DC. Before arriving at TF Cornerstone, Mr. Alexis worked at Capmark Finance. At Capmark, his responsibilities initially included due diligence and origination analysis for the firm's principal finance group. His tenure at Capmark also included being part of Capmark's asset management team where he assisted in the oversight and workout of loans. Mr. Alexis graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance.
