Matt Wirth

Matt is a Managing Director in the Atlanta office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 20 years of experience in brokerage, capital markets, acquisitions and asset management. He specializes in industrial investment advisory transactions throughout the Southeastern U.S. During the course of his career, Matt has been involved in more than $3.75 billion in commercial real estate transactions, including more than $3 billion in industrial investment sales and equity advisory.

Prior to joining HFF in 2018, Matt was a Senior Vice President at Colliers International, where he was part of a team that collectively closed more than $2.5 billion of industrial transactions totaling over 36 million square feet. Before that, he worked on both acquisition and asset management at Atlanta based Carter. Matt began his career at the Walker Companies, an industrial real estate brokerage.
