Bio
Matt Walsh is actively pursuing acquisition opportunities across the United States and is responsible for the initial underwriting of those opportunities. He prepares detailed financial models, and market research for each deal. Mr. Walsh has played an instrumental role in securing of over 9,000 multifamily units with a total capitalization over $500 million. Mr. Walsh has a BA in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo and has been involved in multi-family management operations for the last 15 years.
