Bio
Matt has been with CBRE since 1998 when he started in the Silicon Valley office. In 2006, he helped open the CBRE's Palo Alto office and was a Top 5 producer in that office through 2010. In 2011, Matt moved back to the Silicon Valley, where he continues to service clients in the Silicon Valley and Greater Palo Alto markets.
Matt has focused his efforts on managing acquisitions and dispositions for occupiers. He has a proven track record of providing his clients with comprehensive insight and expertise in structuring successful transactions. His recent and current clients include Samsung Research America, E*Trade, and Mercedes Benz.
Matt has completed over 3 million square feet of transaction assignments. He has earned the recognition of his peers and clients for his attention to detail and his ability to analyze and facilitate complex transactions.
Matt resides in Los Gatos with his wife and three children. He is an avid wakeboarder with an amateur world title to his name. In his spare time he enjoys playing with his kids and getting out on the mountain bike.
