Matt is a member of Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial Services Team which provides a wide range of real estate services to tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. Matt is a trusted partner to his clients and is well versed in all aspects of industrial real estate with a specialty in delivering integrated real estate solutions to corporate occupiers and institutional landlords. Matt has over eight years of industrial brokerage experience and has completed more than 450 industrial lease and sales transactions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt was a Vice President with JLL, a financial analyst with Cogdell Spencer Erdman, a Healthcare REIT who was acquired by Ventas, and a financial analyst with Bank of America's corporate real estate team. Before beginning his career in real estate, Matt was in sales for one of the largest CPG companies in the world.
