Matt Stein

Matt Stein is Managing Director of Capital Markets for Lingerfelt CommonWealth, responsible for Lingerfelt’s equity capital raising initiatives. Since 2004, Matt has gained significant experience and expertise in real estate finance, having overseen over $20 billion of capital markets transactions and numerous strategic advisory assignments across all commercial real estate property types for public and private real estate owners. From 2017-2021, he was the REIT Lending Manager for Raymond James Bank where he oversaw a portfolio of over $2 billion and was responsible for new production of over $1.5 billion. From 2006-2017, he was Vice President in Real Estate Investment Banking at Raymond James, where he was primarily focused on equity raising, including public offerings and private joint ventures. Matt is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree.
