With over 11 years of experience, Matt Nickels specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation for office, industrial and life science sectors in the Central Coast markets of San Diego County. Matt’s superior market knowledge and diverse real estate background provide the foundation for delivering superior results to his valued clients.
Matt began his career in the Dallas, TX office of Trammell Crow Company where he specifically focused on providing strategic and transactional consulting to Fortune 500 companies throughout the Southwest United States, including Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini, Bank of America, McGraw Hill, and YUM Brands. Subsequently, Matt was transferred within Trammell Crow Company to the Los Angeles area where he worked as an Account Manager for Tyco International’s North American portfolio, which included 62+ million square feet of owned and leased real estate throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.
