Well known in the Columbus area for his high degree of integrity, thorough analysis, and depth of knowledge, Matt Murtha first established his real estate career in 1975. He has extensive experience in Developer, Landlord, and Tenant Representation. His clients appreciate his well-honed negotiating skills and attention to detail. Matt has successfully sold and leased several million square feet of commercial real estate. He represents institutional, national, regional, and local clients, and is recognized as a seasoned veteran in the field of Commercial Real Estate.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt was responsible for leasing a large portfolio of office and industrial buildings developed by the Vantage Cos. and sold to institutional investors. He began his career with HER Realtors where he specialized in listing and selling residential real estate. Since 1983, Matt has specialized in Commercial Real Estate and has a diverse 40+ years of experience in this field and the Columbus, Ohio market.
