Matt Michelson, managing director, joined the company in 2007 and has been directly involved in the sale of more than $1.5 billion of multi-family transactions. Matt is involved in all aspects of the marketing process including business development, valuations, pricing strategies, negotiation and closing of transactions in the San Antonio and Austin region. Prior to joining Newmark, Matt worked in investment sales with a large national brokerage firm. Matt attended Baylor University and graduated with a BA in Political Science.
