Matt Matteson

Matt is a real estate professional with ten years experience in the homebuilding and investment businesses. Prior to joining RAM, Matt spent 5 years at Toll Brothers’ Connecticut Division serving in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Division Assistant Vice President. During his tenure at Toll, Matt oversaw the sales and construction of 300+ homes, representing revenue of over $130 million.

Prior to Toll Brothers, Matt was Assistant Vice President and Asset Manager at Liberty Street Real Estate Group, the Atlanta based asset management affiliate of Lehman Brothers Estate Partners. There, he managed a portfolio of private equity investments in residential land development, condominium and commercial development joint ventures with equity commitments in excess of $250 million. His early career includes project management for smaller homebuilding ventures on the East Coast and direct sales for a start-up information technology services company.

Matt earned both his B.S. in Applied Economics and Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University.
