Bio
Mr. Lewandowski has been a thriving member of the DarwinPW team since 2002. He is a commercial real estate executive with expertise in investment sales, owner representation and asset management. During Mr. Lewandowski’s career at DarwinPW, he has participated in over $750,000,000 worth of real estate transactions. Currently, he has been working to build and manage a portfolio of over 60 properties, with more than 225 tenants.
Matthew has been nominated for the prestigious Crain’s Chicago Business 40 Under 40 and participates in Bisnow Escape, which is an invitation-only conference honoring the top 150 commercial real estate principals throughout the country.
Prior to joining Darwin, Mr. Lewandowski developed his corporate real estate skills at CB Richard Ellis and during his internships at M&J Wilkow and Cushman & Wakefield. Along with his business career, Mr. Lewandowski has founded Chicago Charity Clays, a charity organization that helps raise money for the Special Operations Community of the United States military. Mr. Lewandowski is also a board member at Northbrook Sports Club and has served on the Plan Commission for the Village of Palatine. Matthew Lewandowski currently resides in North Barrington with his wife Mandy and their two daughters Victoria and Vivica.
