Matt Landstrom

Matt has been at Hackman Capital Partners since 2015 and is responsible for the implementation of the company’s investment strategies through acquisitions. In this role, Matt sources and structures investments, performs underwriting and analysis, manages due diligence, negotiates debt and oversees the closing process. Before joining the company, Matt worked for Douglas Emmett Inc., in its Capital Markets department, focusing on Class-A office and multifamily acquisitions and related debt financing. Prior to that, Matt worked for The Luzzatto Company as an analyst, focusing on value-added office and multifamily acquisitions and related debt financing. He graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, focusing in real estate finance, and the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with a Master of Business Administration.
