Bio

Matt Khourie is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Trammell Crow Company (TCC). In this role, Matt is responsible for firm-wide corporate finance and all of TCC’s real estate investment activity. Matt is the Chair of the Investment Committees for both TCC and Telford Homes and is a member of the TCC Executive Committee and the Telford Homes Board. Matt is also the CIO for CBRE’s Real Estate Investments (REI) business segment. In his REI role, Matt is responsible for allocating CBRE’s equity capital into REI (including direct deals for TCC and reviewing co-investments into funds for CBRE Global Investors) and for REI merger-and-acquisition opportunities, working closely with CBRE’s Corporate Development team.

Prior to being appointed CIO of REI in January 2021, Matt was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TCC, where he was responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the Company. Before his four-year tenure as TCC CEO, he served as CEO of CBRE Global Investors, where he was focused on the global management of the Company and served as chairman of the firm’s Global Executive Committee and Global Leadership Team.

During his original 29-year tenure at TCC, Matt worked in various management positions including leadership roles that focused on development, investment strategy, portfolio management, and institutional investor relations.
