Knowledgeable and proficient, Matt has nearly two decades of real estate experience.
Prior to CW, Matt was cofounder of RNB Capital LLC, a private mortgage investment firm, and Alliance Realty Ventures LLC, a real estate management & development firm.
Since joining the team in 2017, he has been a driving force behind CW’s aggressive, ambitious direction, utilizing his wealth of experience and strategy-driven approach to help procure larger scale projects. Matt received his real estate license from the Real Estate Institute of New York.
