Matt is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition with more than 17 years of experience. As a member of the JLL U.S. Capital Markets leadership team and expanded executive committee, he is responsible for the overall direction of the firm. Matt specializes in debt, equity and investment advisory transactions across all product types and has completed in excess of $12.4 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
