Matt joined Cushman & Wakefield in January 2022 and serves as a Director specializing in industrial real estate. Prior to joining C&W, Matt worked for a regional developer focusing on leasing, acquisitions, and disposition of assets. Throughout his 11-year career in commercial real estate, he has completed over 4.0 million square feet in transactions and has extensive experience in tenant representation, agency leasing, lease and contract negotiations and site acquisitions/dispositions throughout Central Texas.
