Biography
Matt Ishikawa is a Senior Vice President with CBRE's Land Services Group. The Land Services Group has long been the market leader in vacant land transactions throughout the Chicagoland area. The team has participated in over 1,000 transactions involving more than 40,000 acres with total sales in excess of $2 billion. Matt's responsibilities include maintaining contact with an expansive network of land owners, developers, investors and municipalities in order to stay on top of a continually changing market. Taking a strategic, rather than a merely transactional approach, Matt is able to personally service his clients with knowledge and analysis that allows them to make well-informed business decisions.
Matt joined CBRE in 2004 as a member of the Information Management Group where he was responsible for evaluating market data, historical trends and future uses for land parcels throughout northern Illinois. His research duties also extended to CBRE's Chicago industrial professionals, for whom Matt tracked tenants, market tendencies and over 1 billion square feet of space in the Chicago area.
Prior to joining CBRE, Matt spent two years with Los Angeles' Froley, Revy Investment Company, where he provided market analysis support for bond trading professionals.
