Matt Hardy

Matt is a Senior Vice President at Vanbarton Group where he oversees all operations and asset management for select office and multifamily assets in Southern California and Seattle. Matt joined the firm in 2019 and is based in Orange County, California, where he is the primary contact for all new acquisitions in the Southwest, including both equity and credit opportunities. Prior to Vanbarton Group, he was a licensed commercial investment sales agent with IPA in San Diego, focusing on multi-tenant and mixed-use retail centers and providing advisory services to private clients and family-office investors.

Matt holds a B.S in Business Finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder. He has been an active member of NAIOP and ICSC.
