Matt Harbert

Matt Harbert is a Vice President with Advisory & Transaction Services in Denver, Colorado. In this role he advises leading corporations and fast-growing organizations with their real estate strategy and high-level decision making processes. Matt assists clients with structuring and negotiating office leases, relocation and disposition of leased properties, workplace strategy, labor analytics and building acquisitions. He combines his high work ethic with his passion for real estate and people to create meaningful and impactful outcomes for his clients.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Matt spent 16 years in Kenya where he was involved in community development. He began his career working in real estate development before joining CBRE in Chicago as an analyst.
