Matt joined Cushman and Wakefield in 2019 after selling Peloton Commercial Real Estate. Matt was one of Peloton Austin's founding partners, alongside Kevin Granger and Brian Liverman. His primary focus is representing landlords on property leasing and management as well as investment sales and tenant representation. Matt's experience in consulting real estate investors throughout the years in the underwriting process gives him a unique understanding of value creation on every type of asset.

Prior to forming Peloton Austin, Matt was a Vice President with Stream Realty Partners. During his tenure at Stream, Matt completed transactions in excess of 4 million square feet. He has consistently been a top producer and has received numerous awards and recognition for his work throughout his career.
