Matt Field

Matt Field is a Vice President of Investments of Bridge Net Lease (“BNL”). Matt‘s primary responsibilities include originating, underwriting and closing industrial net lease investment opportunities. Matt joined

Bridge Net Lease in 2022 and sits in Phoenix, AZ.

Matt brings a wealth of real estate acquisition and capital markets experience. Since 2011, Matt has played a key role in over $7 billion worth of transactions across various asset classes. Before joining BNL, he served as Vice President of Capital Markets at Ryan Companies, a Minneapolis based national builder and developer. In that role, Matt was responsible for capitalizing west coast Ryan industrial, office and multi-family assets, developing and maintaining equity relationships, structuring joint ventures, and executing national asset dispositions.

In addition, Matt previously served as Senior Associate of Acquisitions for Douglas Emmett Inc., (NYSE:DEI), a publicly traded REIT based in Santa Monica, CA where he was responsible for the acquisition and

financing of office and multi-family assets in Los Angeles, CA and Honolulu, HI.

Matt received his B.S. in Business Administration and B.S. in Regional Development from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
