Matt Dekkers

As President of Construction, Matt Dekkers is responsible for leading Doran’s project teams in project execution and delivery. Matt’s experience in the delivery of multi-discipline design-build projects gives him a unique and collaborative partnering approach with the ability to assist project and development teams, clients, designers and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle – from preconstruction and design development through delivery in the field and final closeout. Matt is instrumental in shaping and promoting Doran’s culture and setting the vision, goals and strategy for the company. He invests in the community through volunteering, board roles, and participation in regional construction associations including AGC, AWC, and MCA.
