Responsible for managing the firm’s operations, asset management, and portfolio management. At Griffith Properties since 2006, Matt has been involved in the acquisition and management of over 6.9 million square feet with a total capitalization of over $1.30 billion. Prior to joining Griffith Properties, Mr. Daly was a Financial Analyst at Resolve Technology, where he was a member of the commercial real estate group. Mr. Daly provided consulting services in asset management, acquisitions, and investment sales. Community Service and Professional Affiliations include Member, Real Estate Finance Association (REFA); Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), United Way of Massachusetts.
