Bio
Matt Clymer has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate development and investment. Matt joined MRP Industrial as Senior Vice President in 2014 and has primary responsibility for the sourcing, entitlement, design and construction of the company’s Pennsylvania portfolio. Matt has managed the development and construction of more than 6.5 million square feet of industrial and commercial projects.
Prior to joining MRP Industrial, Matt was a founding Partner of Key Development Group where he was responsible for the sourcing and entitlement of industrial projects in the Central Pennsylvania market. Before founding Key Development Group, Matt worked with Key Real Estate where he managed entitlements, construction and financing for office and industrial developments in Pennsylvania and Delaware. He began his real estate career with Liberty Property Trust, responsible for leasing and tenant improvements for their 13 million square foot industrial and office portfolio in the Lehigh Valley.
Matt Clymer received his B.S. with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington & Lee University and his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
