Profile
Matt Bundy is an Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield's (C&W) Tysons office. He provides clients who own and operate commercial buildings with leasing and marketing expertise throughout the Northern Virginia marketplace. He has more than 22 years commercial real estate experience and is as a member of C&W's dedicated Investor Services group.
Prior to joining C&W, Matt served as a Senior Vice President at Transwestern for 15 years, where he specialized in services to landlords, including institutional, corporate and private owners of commercial office buildings.
Matt graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and economics. He is a licensed salesperson in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is also a Partner/Volunteer for Special Olympics of Virginia, as well as a member of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce and NAIOP.
