Mathew Looney

With equity investments located from Texas to California, Matt has acted as managing partner of numerous projects and continues to seek new opportunities. Since the inception of the company, he has assisted in the acquisition of over $350,000,000 in real estate on the east and west coasts while completing private-equity investments of $8,000,000 during the same time.

Prior to beginning his own company, he worked as a commercial lender with two locally owned banks in North Texas. He received his BBA from Baylor University (1995) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He lives in Denison, TX, with his wife Jennifer and two children, Davis and Lindsay Jane and yellow lab, Buck.
