Marybeth Farris has an impressive resume in commercial real estate, with over 14 years of experience. She has held various positions, including asset marketing, senior financial analyst, and vice president of production, which has led her to her current role as Director of Transactions.

Marybeth has worked on various asset types, primarily focusing on multifamily assets. She has collaborated with numerous owners, lenders, and developers in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Before joining Newmark, Marybeth was a Vice President at JLL, leading a team of financial analysts and marketing professionals on a multi-asset type capital markets team.

Marybeth earned a bachelor’s degree from Rider University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New Jersey.
