Mary Ann Wervey

Ms. Mary Ann Wervey, with Zaremba Group since 1994, is a Principal and Vice President of Retail Development. Ms. Wervey has successfully managed both CVS and Dollar General development programs on behalf of Zaremba Group. She is responsible for all aspects of program development including real estate site selection, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, construction, and accounting. She is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Ohio and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ms. Wervey graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.
