Bio
Mary Rottler is the Chief Operating Officer of First Washington Realty. Ms. Rottler was previously the COO of Seritage Growth Properties, a publicly traded REIT that owned, developed, and managed a diverse portfolio of over 30 million square feet across the United States. Prior to joining Seritage in 2015, Ms. Rottler served as the Vice President of Real Estate at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Ms. Rottler is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC). She holds a JD/MBA from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business and Sturm College of Law and a BS in Business Administration from Regis University.
