Mary Claire Houseman is a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE Capital Markets' Institutional Properties and supports office investment sales professionals in Dallas and Houston. She focuses on executing all stages of a transaction, from the request for proposal to the coordination of closing and due diligence processes. Her responsibilities also include investment underwriting and client/buyer communication.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mary Claire was an Investment Sales Analyst with Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets Group where she was responsible for all aspects of underwriting, due diligence, creation of offering materials and proposals, and disposition of Dallas and Austin properties.
