Mary brings over 14 years of diverse real estate experience.
Prior to founding 42 North Capital, Mary was the Director of Investor Relations and Marketing for Unison Realty Partners, a retail operator and investment manager with nearly $100 million of real estate under management. Previously, Mary spent nearly a decade with Alcion Ventures, an SEC Registered Investment Adviser. She served as Alcion’s Director of Investor Relations and was responsible for the firm’s investor relations program, including capital raising, reporting, marketing, and regulatory compliance for the over $1.4 billion of equity commitments from a diverse investor base.
Mary received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University and is an active member of CREW, WIRE and Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston where she serves on the Family Selection Committee and the American Dream Awards Fundraising Committee.
