Mary Bogino

Ms. Bogino, based in New York City, has 18 years of experience in the real estate industry and is a member of Rockwood's credit strategies team. Ms. Bogino is responsible for originations of new credit opportunities across various product types including office, hospitality, retail and multifamily projects. Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Bogino spent approximately nine years in finance as a Vice President at Eurohypo and as a relationship manager at M&T Bank in the real estate banking group. Ms. Bogino's prior experience includes originating, underwriting and structuring senior, mezzanine and securitized real estate loans across the U.S., managing loan portfolios and restructuring non-performing and distressed loan assets. Ms. Bogino received a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University and a Master of Business Administration from Binghamton University. Ms. Bogino is a member of WX and Real Estate Lenders Association.
