Marty Salinas, MAI

Marty Salinas, MAI is a Vice President in the Valuation & Advisory Services group in Houston, TX.

Mr. Salinas began his appraisal career in 2006 and holds certified general state licenses in multiple

states. He has earned the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute and has successfully completed

the Argus Software Certification program.

In addition to his retail specialty, his experience encompasses a wide variety of real estate valuation

assignments including office, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, and special-use properties. He

has appraised some of the most complex proposed developments in Texas and California. Mr.

Salinas is also proficient in Argus DCF and Argus Enterprise. He serves on CBRE's internal Argus

Enterprise resource group.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Salinas was a Senior Consultant with a national valuation firm which

specialized in valuations of institutional properties. Mr. Salinas has also served as a Senior Director

with a Houston-based firm which specialized in appraisal services of properties within the Houston

area.
