Bio

Marty Knape is a First Vice President with CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services in Denver. Marty specializes in advising corporate and locally owned businesses with the development of workplace solutions and real estate strategies that meet the most challenging set of objectives. Throughout his 12+ years of commercial real estate experience, Marty has had the opportunity to partner with clients on a broad spectrum of real estate solutions, including headquarter relocations, lease restructures, building acquisitions and dispositions.

Marty combines strategic facility planning with CBRE’s market research, Project Management and Workplace Strategy service lines to deliver the single best real estate solution for each client.

Before joining CBRE in 2008, Marty worked for Cresa Partners with a focus on representing the needs of corporate tenants.
