Marty is a senior director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Marketing, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the acquisition and has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Marty focuses on the disposition of office buildings, primarily in Houston and surrounding areas, for private and institutional clients. He has been involved in transactions totaling more than $2.1 billion and 15.4 million square feet throughout his career.

Prior to HFF, Marty was an associate with the Houston Capital Markets Group at Trammell Crow Company and at CB Richard Ellis with the Private Client Investment team and Institutional Investment Property team. During that time, he underwrote and provided financial analysis for more than $3 billion in real estate specializing in large office and retail developments. Prior to his transition into brokerage, Marty worked at CB Richard Ellis' Houston office in the Valuation and Advisory Services division, specializing in the valuation of retail properties in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri.
